Corlea Bog Walk

Corlea Bog Walk is a looped walk, where you will take in the natural bogland and native flora and fauna of the area.

  • Distance: 8.6km 

It starts close to Corlea Trackway Visitor Centre, which offers guided tours with a preserved Iron Age road excavation. Dating back to 148BC, it is older than the Egyptian pyramids! 

There is also a further walk from Corlea Trackway Visitor Centre that connects to the Royal Canal, which is 1.5km in length.
